Newly acquired running machines, state of the art exercise equipment, bench presses and other weight training facilities provide a wealth of opportunities.

And whether you a professional athlete or someone looking to merely reduce the waistline the opportunity is there to meet your target.

Understandably for both Health and Safety and associated reasons, the premises can only be hired out if the group is led by a competent and qualified instructor who is totally familiar with all aspects of the equipment.

All groups wishing to hire the facilities should also possess their own insurance cover which should include the use of all the training equipment during the period that the premises is hired.
